This weekly Yoga session is bookable online on a weekly basis. This transformative yoga class incorporates breath work, deep relaxation, mindfulness, and flowing movements to create a harmonious experience that nurtures both the mind and body. This approach not only enhances physical flexibility but also promotes mental clarity and emotional balance. The perfect way to start or end your day! Please bring your own mat and/or towel. We assume that by attending the class that the participant is fit to do so. If you have any important medical or injury information that you think is important to share with the instructor, please do so before the class.
