About the course
You must register with us before completing your booking.
The level of the Pilates class will be established as the block progresses so all Pilates classes are currently suitable for all ages and ability levels. Whether you are a beginner or experienced at Pilates these classes will provide a supportive environment to enhance your understanding of Pilates, connect with your body and challenge you at your level. This Pilates mat class is designed to enhance your posture and alignment while activating your core. The session will seamlessly blend three essential elements: stretching, core stability, and alignment using a variety of small equipment such as the OptiNeck Balance Wedge, Swiss Ball, Magic Circles and more depending on the theme of the class. Please bring your own mat or/and towel. We assume that by attending the class that the participant is fit to do so. If you have any important medical or injury information that you think is important to share with the instructor, please do so before the class.
