The Community Centre has been designated an official tournament venue – specifically a practice venue to allow for the world’s top players to train and prepare for The Championships which start on the 1 July 2024.  

This is testament to the excellent, world-class facilities that have been developed over the last five years. 

The official practice period is Sunday 16 June through to Wednesday 10 July 2024.  During this timeframe, Community and WJTI Programming will be impacted.

We plan to issue full refunds to all participants booked onto sessions that are affected during this period and our timeframe is to complete within three weeks. 

WJTI Programming will be cancelled on the following weekend dates:

• 16th June
• 22nd / 23rd June
• 29th / 30th June
• 6th / 7th July

Alternative playing opportunities will be communicated in due course.

The AELTC has endeavoured to create a leading tennis facility that serves both the community and professional players at tournament level and therefore it is fitting we are able to support The Championships as an official venue.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing you on court very soon and, in the meantime, apologise for the amendment to term dates and programming schedule.
