Site Works Update
Works across all areas of the project have been continuing well with works to the detention basin and Maintenance Building being the main focus.
Services around the Maintenance Building are still being installed and we are preparing for the install of the Irrigation Tank in the coming weeks.
Footpath works have progressed and the detention basin has been fully formed ready to be lined and ready for soft landscaping works to commence.
As per the previous update we are continuing to follow the Social Distancing guidelines and are happy to report that all site teams are working productively within these guidelines and there have been no reported Covid-19 related illnesses.
We are happy to inform you that we are carrying out the below key activities to support the project in the coming weeks:
Week 10
- Installation of water harvesting tank adjacent the detention basin
- Perimeter fencing replacement to limited properties at the south end of Elm Walk
- Deep service installation around the Maintenance Building
- Concrete and paving works between various Tennis Courts
- Irrigation installation and perimeter drainage to Tennis Courts
- Maintenance Building cladding and internal service/fit out works
- Tree pit excavation and liner installation to detention basin area
Week 11
- Maintenance Building cladding and internal service/fit out works
- Footpath formation works to the North of the Maintenance Building
- Continue deep service installation works around the Maintenance Building
- Paving works between various Tennis Courts
- Tennis Court Loam Installation activities in preparation of seeding
- Tennis Court perimeter drainage works
- Soft Landscape Works
