Work activities week commencing 3 July
We are moving forward well internally with plumbing and electrical installation works ongoing as well as the continuation of the external envelope of the building.
The finishing trades are now well underway, working internally on carpentry and drylining.
- Vertec / Bailey system progressing to front elevation.

- Canopy roof carpentry complete and awaiting roofing system.
- External paving completed to rear terrace.
- Irrigation in progress including drip feed.
- Landscaping and planting in progress.
- Boundary fencing to cottage complete.
- Tarmac to parking bays and footpath.
- Acoustic ceilings in progress in conjunction with 2nd fix electrical.
- Plaster and boarding to lift shaft high level.
- Corridor ceiling grid installed, and ceiling tiles ordered.
- Ceramic tiling to changing rooms/showers continues.
- Floor tiling to changing/shower rooms.
- Lift installation complete although awaiting commissioning.
- Rack Room previously handed over.
- Bleacher seating installed.

Saturday working
As we move into the finishes of the project, most of our works will become internal and as such will be less disruptive. Saturday working will likely to be required over the coming months, but we will do our absolute best to schedule any disruptive works away from Saturdays.
