This coach-led session is perfect for players looking to enhance their game through focused practice. Each session, the coach will focus on a different game situation and tactical intention. We will examine the ball characteristics related to the tactical goal and how to execute the desired shot using proper technique. Sessions may include basket feeding, live ball drills with a partner, and point play.
Please bring a tennis racket, water bottle and wear non-marking shoes and tennis-appropriate clothing.
