About Rebecca:
Rebecca’s journey into health, wellness, and fitness began with a fascination for how nutrition, lifestyle, movement, and recovery influence overall wellbeing. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition from the University of London Metropolitan, she went on to qualify as a Yoga Teacher in Nepal, deepening her knowledge of mindful movement through Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar styles. Rebecca later expanded her training to include Pilates, Personal Training, and Sports Massage Therapy, building a comprehensive toolkit to support her clients' recovery, performance, and overall wellbeing.
Rebecca’s Pilates Class Description:
Rebecca’s matwork Pilates classes have a strong focus on technique and body awareness, incorporating the principles of alignment, precision, and mindful movement. Classes focus on posture, breath, and core muscular engagement, using clear verbal cues to help participants move with awareness, focus, and control.
