Notes from the coach

The Improvers Coaching Group is designed for players who have achieved a level of consistency and knowledge of the game. In this course, we will focus on further developing your consistency and implementing tactical strategies in various game situations.

By the end of the course, you should be able to rally consistently, control the direction of your shots, and have a better understanding of spins, including topspin and slice.

Please bring a tennis racket, water bottle and wear non-marking shoes and tennis-appropriate clothing.
