Site Works Update

Works to Tennis Court Block A are on-going with specialist sub-contractor carrying out the complicated build up works which are expected to be completed by 4th September
The Sports Pitches have seen drainage channel and installation works commence
Soft landscaping to the Detention Basin and pitch side areas are ongoing and are starting to take shape especially with the planting of a number of different tree species across the site
Works to the Maintenance Building Service Yard have been carrying on with the main activity being the completion of the car park paving and duct installation to provide power to the access gate at Canon Hill Lane
The Maintenance Building itself is still having Mechanical and Electrical services being installed along with the internal fit out works progressing with floor screed and tiling works being carried out
The Court Irrigation System is nearly complete with IT systems being installed and commissioning works due to be carried out

We are happy to inform you that we are carrying out the below key activities to support the project in the coming weeks, please note that works to the Tennis Courts (loam installation and build up works) will be ongoing until 19:30hrs Monday-Friday;

Core drilling works to tennis court ringbeams to provide facilities for future court dressing

Court G drainage and loam works
Maintenance Building service installation
