The first-floor slab reinforcement works are now well underway, with the first concrete pour to be undertaken shortly. The courtyard building concrete slabs have now been completed in preparation for the steel and glulam frame which will be erected in the coming works. The roadway and kerb works are continuing, and the footprint of the parking areas is becoming more clearly defined. Tarmac has been laid to the main areas of haul roads which should help to reduce the dusty conditions. Please find below an update to our current works and activities due to be carried out in the coming weeks:

- Continuation of metal reinforcement works to the first-floor slab and walls

- Final underground utility connections and testing

- Commencement of drainage pump chamber installation

- Final surveys and set up ready for steel and glulam frame installation

- Installation of hardstanding for location of mobile crane during steel frame construction

Saturday working

As we progress on site, we will be continuing with our Saturday working to maintain progress and in the next period we will be mainly continuing with the reinforced concrete frame. We will be striving to keep any noise and disturbance, especially on these Saturdays, down to an absolute minimum. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue our works on site.
