CSG development works update

Update following initial site re-commencement

Following the initial return to site where the reconfiguration of walkways and working areas was successfully carried out in order to promote and maintain responsible social distancing, we are happy to inform that works have progressed as planned and we are now currently working on various tennis court build ups, deep drainage and electrical service installations, soft landscaping and tarmac works to footpaths around the courts themselves along with blockwork and cladding installation to the new Maintenance Building.
Along the perimeter fence to the properties on Elm Way a series of whips have been planted which have been included as part of the site ecological enhancement that was proposed within the original sitewide planning application. It is anticipated that these will be maintained at a low level so that views from the Elm Way properties across the site are maintained. Larger trees will be planted further within the site as part of the general landscaping strategy for the site.
We are happy to inform you that we are carrying out the below key activities to support the project in the coming weeks:

Week commencing 18 May

Tennis Court Build Up Works
Maintenance Building cladding and blockwork installation
Deep service installation to Maintenance Building
Vertical Steelwork installation to Maintenance Building

Tree/shrub planting at various locations across the project

Irrigation installation to Tennis Courts
Landscaping maintenance works along the Elm Walk perimeter fence line

Week commencing 25 May
