Site Works Update

- Works to Tennis Court Block A have re-commenced with specialist sub-contractor carrying out the complicated build up works which are expected to be on-going for the next 3 weeks
- The Sports Pitch area has been levelled and the topsoil works are ongoing. Over the next couple of weeks we will be installing the drainage systems and seeding this area
- Works to the Maintenance Building Service Yard have progressed to the point where base layer tarmac has been laid so you will begin to see the extent of this area of the site.
- The Maintenance Building itself is still having Mechanical and Electrical services being installed along with the internal fit out works progressing

We are happy to inform you that we are carrying out the below key activities to support the project in the coming weeks, please note that works to the Tennis Courts (loam installation and build up works) will be ongoing until 19:30hrs Monday-Friday:

Week 16

Soft landscaping works to the HaHa drainage along Courts A, B and C
Soft landscaping works to the Detention Basin
Sports Pitch Grading and Drainage Installation
Tennis court build up works
Paving Works to Court G Perimeter
Maintenance Building Service installation
Irrigation Pump House works and testing
Core drilling works to tennis court perimeter to allow for future seasonal canvas installations

Week 17

Soft landscaping works to the Detention Basin
Sports Pitch Drainage and Seeding Works
Court A build up works
Maintenance Building Service installation
Irrigation Pump House completion works
Core drilling works to tennis court perimeter to allow for future seasonal canvas installations
Preparation works to the new HV Sub-station
