Many, if not all, of you will have seen or heard the advice from the Government/Prime Minister which includes comments on working from home, non-essential travel and avoiding clubs and other social venues. 

Consequently, we have decided under the circumstances that it would be sensible to cancel the Drop-In session, scheduled for tomorrow afternoon and early evening (Wednesday 18 March), at which we were to present detailed plans for the new Clubhouse. 

The new Clubhouse was approved as part of the original planning application along with a requirement that information on the detailed design be submitted to the Council prior to any works commencing. Accordingly, we will shortly be submitting a Reserved Matters Application for that detailed design.

In lieu of tomorrow’s event, we still intend to provide information and respond to any enquiries you may have. From Thursday you can view the presentation boards online at https://communitytennis.aeltc.com/SiteUpdate 

We will communicate as a matter of course to those who have already either registered to attend the Drop-In session or who receive our fortnightlyupdate. If you have not registered but would still like information on the Clubhouse, please get in touchby emailing communitytennis@aeltc.com with your name and address.  If you do not have an email address and wish to receive either Clubhouse information or fortnightly updates, please call 07827 313 743  or let us have your postal address instead bysending a letter to the AELTC Community Sports Ground, 216 Grand Drive, SW20 9NB.
