Adult Coaching
Our adult tennis programmes are designed for players of all levels — from complete beginners picking up a racket for the first time to experienced players looking to refine their technique. Each session focuses on skill development, match play and enjoyment in a welcoming, social environment. Whether you want to get fitter, improve your game or meet other tennis enthusiasts, our programmes offer something for everyone.
Programme levels
- Beginners
Ideal for those who are completely new to tennis or returning after a long break. Sessions focus on learning the basics of technique, rules, and rallying, all in a relaxed, friendly environment.
- Improvers
For players with some experience who want to develop consistency, footwork and shot selection. These sessions provide guided practice and opportunities to play short matches in a supportive setting.
- Intermediates
Designed for players who are confident in their technique and want to refine tactics, improve match play and increase speed and accuracy. Sessions balance skill development with enjoyable, competitive games.
Programme Structure & Booking
Our adult tennis programmes include a mix of recurring sessions and structured group coaching:
- Recurring sessions: Cardio Tennis, Mixed Drills, and Pay & Play sessions provide flexible options for players to attend sessions as and when they choose, stay active and enjoy social or practice play.
- Group coaching sessions: Sold as courses on a termly basis, these structured sessions are designed to improve technique, match play and overall fitness in a supportive environment.
Our sessions are very popular and often sell out quickly, so we recommend booking early to secure your place. Small group sizes ensure players receive individual attention while enjoying the benefits of group interaction and social play.
Practical Information
To make the most of each session, please bring the following:
- Tennis racket
- Water bottle
- Non-marking indoor shoes
Sessions are primarily indoors, but on rare occasions, they may take place outdoors. We will aim to inform participants in advance so they can prepare accordingly.
In the event of rain or poor weather, outdoor sessions will be cancelled.

Booking: The next two sessions are always available for booking, with the subsequent session opening 30 minutes after the end of the last session.

Beginners Courses: We operate a waiting list for beginners, to be added on the list, please email us. All beginners receive priority enrolment for three terms. After three terms, players are expected to move up to improvers; if they do not feel ready, they may rejoin the waiting list.
Improvers & Intermediates Courses: These are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The release date (without stating a specific time) will be communicated via email to all members subscribed to our mailing list. Due to high demand, we cannot run a waiting list for these courses.
